Sport Bulking Out Of Control?

Sport Fitness
Not so long ago I posted a thread on here asking for advice because I was a very skinny guy who had huge problems gaining weight due to a tiny appetite.
The good news is I no longer seem to have that problem, the bad news is I now have a massive appetite!

Since around May last year I have increased my weight from around 168 lbs to 210. The vast majority of this is muscle so I have no complaints there but now I want to try and lower the number of calories I'm taking in to try and cut slightly. The problem is that I now need more calories than ever to stop myself from feeling like I'm starving and the amount I'm eatting is getting a bit out of hand, very expensive too!

Apart from Tuna does anyone have any ideas about how to keep a big appetite under control while keeping calories and cost down?
Or failing that, does anyone know if my appetite is likely to return to normal I just start eatting less and going hungry for a while?

When you eat a lot your body quickly gets used to it making you hungry, a lot.

When you start eating less your body will (thankfully) also quickly adapt and you'll be less hungry, might take a week.

Up your fiber intake, it leaves you with a full feeling. Shredded wheat is a great source of this, congrats on your progress, and good luck in future goals.

Cool, thanks, that's just the kind of thing I was looking for, I'll give it a try :)
