Sport Bulking Food

Sport Fitness
I know the catagory of food to eat, but i dont know how much of certain things to eat in one meal.
Oh, and will i get fatter by eating all of it?

If someone could give me a list of what they eat in a day it would be very helpful. The lists people are linking on other threads tell me what to eat, but not how to combine all of it in one meal. :(

will give you indepth info

Would a PB sandwhich on whole wheat and a 140 cal protien bar be acceptable for a meal? What else should i add? I cant take anything fancy.. im going to school. :p

A PB sandwich consisting of 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter and 2 slices of whole wheat bread is roughly around 350 calories. If you eat 5 meals a day throw 250 more calories in or if you eat 6 meals a day throw 150 more calories in instead.

Do not consider a PB sandwich a meal, consider it a snack meal sort of. What I mean by this is, don't go eating PB sandwiches for 6 meals a day. It's a convenient way to make up 1-2 meals while including something else, but the majority of your meals per day should consist of lean meats etc.

anything that you eat that is 180 calories and above counts as a meal

anything below, would be counted as a snack.

& about your peanut butter sandwich, I'd try to keep away from peanut butter sandwiches if your trying to lose weight or get cut because of its fatty content.
The protien bar is alright but still protein bars have saturated fats too, I'm sure there are alternatives.

Cutting is the opposite of bulking.

When you cut, you are trying to lose body fat while maintaining lean body mass.

When you bulk, you are trying to gain lean body mass while keeping an increase in body fat as low as possible.

Don't forget fruits and vegetables. Fresh, raw ones when possible. Every meal should have a serving of fruits and vegetables as well as a lean protien source.
