Bulking Diet Routine

I'm in need of a new diet routine. I started working out around mid February and I have gotten noticeably bigger but I don't eat a lot everyday especially since it's the summer. I'm 17 years old and around 5'4 to 5'5 in height (Bone age is 15 .. don't know if that matters -- determined from x-ray by doctor) and 115 lbs. I really need to gain weight because the hockey season is starting up and although I have gotten much stronger I need to put on a few extra pounds so I'm not hit off the puck so easily. If anyone has a diet plan that they wouldn't mind sharing with me so I could add a few extra pounds, it would be much appreciated. Thanks!
