Sport Bulk cycle please help!

i am on a modest bulk cycle. I work very early in the morning during the week so when i go out to a show on Fridays that means i am up for a long time. Do i ad in an extra meal or just stretch out the existing meals? Conversely, on sundays i have a very short day as i go to bed early for work on Monday. Should i eat less meals on that day?
