Sport Building up an appetite

I'm having a hard time building an appetite to eat and I was wondering if there was anything people could suggest to help with that. I used to be 160 and ever since the weight drop (down to 145) I've been struggling to get any want to eat. I've tried smoking marijuana from time to time to help get the munchies, but that doesn't seem like the smartest plan. If anyone could help, I'd appreciate it.
 
Lay off the weed, and start working out. Hitting the weights makes me ravenous.
 
Weed isn't the answer in this situation.

What exactly do you eat?
How often?
How much?
And how much water are you drinking?

I suspect you are eating the wrong foods, not enough fiber and/or not enough water, so you aren't digesting 'optimally'.
 
I'm pretty much a meat and potatoes kind of guy, but I also eat a lot of fruit. Not so much veggies or anything else.


Oh and SXI, working out makes me a Manimal to a whole other level. I usually smoke some weed, put in some Hatebreed and go to town at the gym. I really get in the zone when Hatebreed and weed come together. . . I'm not sure why.
 
Well you shouldnt have to do drugs to feel hungry, but potatoes are a filling food so if your having them daily and alot of them that could be why your never hungry. Just a thought.
 
potatoes actually digest fairly quickly.

but more veggies is a good idea...I'd say without a doubt your fiber intake is probably 25% of what it should be.

I drink a lot of water, no doubt. But yeah, I'm sure I'm lacking quite a bit of fiber.
