Building Muscular ENDURANCE??

My quesiton has nothing to do with bulking up heavily or becoming huge - thats not my goal.... it is to build a really strong core that i can use for activities like parkour and basically most muscular endurance exercises. Basically my question is, what are some great and effective muscular endurance exercises i can incorporate into my workouts to build my core muscles, not make me bulk up like a balloon? mind you, i do want to bulk just a little bit, only enough to show off some muscle but small enough that i will be very agile and able to do the stuff i mentioned above. any tips? thanks

some stats
15 yrs old
157 lbs
5 ft 11(marginally close to 6)
i am not the body type that doesnt store any fat whatsoever - i have some fat storage throughout my body....doc said if he had to choose b/w ecto, endo, or meso, he would say im leaning towards a meso

Swimming? That's always been good for that in my experience.

Umm.... Roman sit ups? Bridges? Stuff like that?

I dunno, I'm not really the guy to give advice on core exercises I don't think. I'm about to start a program to help with core though. I'll get back to you if I learn anything good.

I hear you mate. basically same statwise than you 5ft 10 151 lbs 9th grade. But my muscular endurance seems to be pretty incredible. Core strength exercises would involve:
Planks, Supermans, Holding squats, Concent' curls (increases some size too).
For endurance:
Swimming, pressups, lighter weights higher reps, basically repetitive exercises. Think I personally got muscular endurance from tennis.
Good luck though man.
