Building Muscle and Losing Weight

Hello Everyone.

I am a 15 year old student in a magnet program. I play tennis and love watching and playing sports. I also enjoy playing computer games and relaxing with friends.

Currently, I am 6' 1" tall and way around 210 pounds. I have recently been working out more and running but my routine is haphazard and not well designed. I have a little bit more body fat than I would like and would especially like to get rid of my extra chest fat and love handles.

I have been watching what I have been eating, but I would like to find a good workout routine and days to work out in order to build abs and arms, while reducing body fat. Any help on this routine would be great and well appreciated!

Thank you all.

Hi Will,
I surgest that you keep tracking and have attention to your eating. So you get what you need and you try burning the fat.
About your arms, I have allways had trouble with building my arms. And it first happened when I started having fokus on the bigger body parts, chest, legs, shoulders and back.
Concentrating on the arms, I surgest to have great focus on the triceps and do heavy work for them. They are the biggest part of your arms. Then do bicep work out, but do only 1 or 2 exercises, do them right and feel it burn in the bicep.
Good luck.
Best regards

Hi am abit of a tennis fan myself.

As far as your diet goes, increase protein and don't eat carbs after 6 - 7 pm.

As you build muscle it should help you burn off fat, stick to basic exercises like bench press, shoulder press, leg press, lunges, heavy weight rowing exercises, also add a few tricep extensions and bicep curls.

train 3 - 4 times a week and focus on good technique.
