Building explosive strength/power without weights

Hi everyone,

Swim season has just started for me. I don't have time to go lift at the gym due to my busy schedule as of right now, but I need to work up my explosive strength since I'm a freestyle and butterfly sprinter. The only bodyweight exercise I know of right now for building explosive strength is clapping pushups? Anyone want to enlighten me?:grinning:
 
welllllll dude! your other post is about running and strength training??? and now this one is only time for swimming, no weights!

what gives? doing a report for some assignment?

I may not be smart, but I am advanced in dumb.
 
Ok, I am not trying to finish an assignment or anything. Over the summer, I have time to go to the gym and work out with my summer swim team. During the fall/winter, I only have time for my high school swim team. Does that make sense?
