Building Endurance

I have been running for about 2 months- but Im not doing it right. I know because Im not getting anywhere. What is the quickest way that I can build my endurance and be able to run better??

You need to mention what you do and what you ultimately want to do for anybody here to help you.

a little more information would be helpfull. I run with a weighted suit that can be found at any fitness supply store, they usally have to order one. adjust the weight to what feels comfortable, and don't wear it all day just when you run. this is one way you can add endurace faster on the down side you will be more prone to shin splints and back pain. so start off with low weight and slowly work your way up. I started out with 15% of your body weight.

Personally, I wouldn't recommend wearing any weights as you run - as phaledax said, it can make you more prone to injury.

My recommendation - just run. Run faster, run farther - whatever you need to challenge yourself. Throw in intervals and hills. Pushing your limits is the fastest and most effective way of improving yourself.

it is a weighted vest, you can get shorts as well. mine was around 80$ but it goes up to 40IBS as most go to 20IBS which is usally cheaper, I also run up and down hills and forest terrain. remember this is just one solution, there are others.
