Building as a teen

Hi, I just need someone to please post what I can do to get bigger and stronger in 3 months.
My details;

16, almost 17 (in September)
152 lbs.
6'2" (almost 6'3")
Skinny
High metabolism
I play basketball year round. Been told I'm really good. And that's why I am here; to get bigger and stronger before next year.

Any other info needed, ask and I will post what I can.

You can get stronger in three months. Bigger, not so much. The first 2-3 months of a strength training program trains muscle recruitment, thus seeing significant strength gain, but the muscle growth generally won't happen until after that.

Based on above info, im guessing you are male. Your'e pretty big already.I'm 15, 5'11 and 165 lbs. I'm tall, but im also chunky. Drinking lowfat milk will help. Also, lift some weights.
