BSN NO-Xplode Supplements

okay, meny of my friends use this product and i ahve never used a creatine product in my life. Ive been only taking protein. I needed something to boost my workout and give me motivation.

so I want to know if u guys recommend ths product or if i should use a differnt product.

anyone used it before? reviews?

its a ripoff. NO2 doesn't help you lift any more weight, or put on more muscle.

get 100% pure creatine monohydrate. $15 for 500g, which is about 100servings.
 
you could always just use 200-400 mg of caffiene before your workout or start taking a N.O. booster such as arginine, which will build up over time
 
Two words - Rip. Off.

If you really feel the absolute need for that energy, get some caffeine tablets for a fraction of the price..

--Also, you don't really take protein, its a macronutrient and should be getting it in every one of your meals.
 
I dunno Evo...I know you're up on all this stuff too, but I took some L-arginine straight, about 1.5g 2x a day, and noticed an increase in 'the pump', which then lessened when I stopped the arginine.

I don't think my vitamins or protein powder contain citrulline.

I've read plenty of conflicting views and research about whether L-arginine works, or if it needs a 'stack' or has to be a specific form of arginine, etc...

Either way, I know we agree that arginine isn't anything that actually benefits the trainee physically.
At best it'll give you a nicer pump which might motivate the trainee to stick with training...
