Ok, I just recently bought this product (and CellMass) and it has been working exceptionally well, but I just have one question; On the label it notes that you must've shake the product, but instead stir with a utensil. Why is this? Also, since I don't have a utensil, I just swirl it around in a circular motion, is that the same concept as using a utensil?

If you could answer that, it would be really great.

I just put it into my shaker and mix it that way. Just as long as it desolves pretty well it should be enough.
 
because it fizzes when added to water, which indicates a chemical reaction that creates gas.

in order to shake, you need to put a lid on it, which seals in the gas.

In other words, if you shake it in a small shaker, you'll likely be wearing half of it when you open the lid.

Aside from that, its fine for getting in your creatine, but if you think that fake pump from NO2 is doing anything beneficial...think again.
