Sport brown rice

hey there ive read all about the 6 times a day meal... so i eat 6 times a day but with brown rice a cup or half... so is it ok or is it just too much carbs
 
lol brown rice is very good for you its like wheat bread compaired to white.. sure it has a few carbs, just eat them before 6 in the afternoon.. :rolleyes:

Not sure if you're being sarcastic about the before 6pm statement. That's a fallacy, just in case you aren't.
 
Is it? I thought it was common knowledge to avoid carbs at night when your body is more insulin resistant.
