I was 15 years old when my journey to lose weight began. I was 169 lbs and I had had my mind set on losing 34 lbs to weigh 135 lbs. I had great success in my first few months losing 2-3 lbs every week. everything was going great until about 2 months ago where I ate very bad for a few weeks and gained back 5 lbs. I struggled to lose those few pounds over the next month or so. on a more recent note this week I decided to get my goal back on the priority list and downloaded a few apps to help with my exercise levels and eating habits. About 3 days ago I weighed 151 lbs which was my unchanging weight for the past month. AI I was surfing the web for ways to lose weight I came across the Keto diet and after reading into it I decided to try it. And today just a day after trying it I began to see some changes! not only did I feel like I had more energy but when I weighed myself right before lunch I noticed I had lost a pound! I was so excited since I had been unable to lose weight for the past month. So today I'm 16 years old and 150 lbs. Hopefully, I will be able to get to 135 lbs soon!
