Broken foot....

Well, I am not positive, but ever since my run on Wednesday my right foot has been killing me. Several years ago, I broke my foot in the exact same spot that it hurts (right on top of the foot, very close to the ankle, 4th and 5th metatarsals)

Anyways, I am still yet to reach my last weight goal, and am very close...I am not going to stop my cardio. I think I am going to go give an eliptical a try right now, thus far my cardio has only been running so maybe this will take some strain off of it. Any advice? (besides of course...go see a doctor!) Think those ankle braces that lace up may help? Thanks

Try biking, or a tredmill, it puts less strain on joints, so I'm sure it would do the same with the bones!:)
