Sport Broad beans starchy or fibrous?

Sport Fitness
Beans of any kind are generally healthy, but broad beans are quite low in starch and high in fiber compared to beans of other varieties. They boast a staggeringly low carbohydrate level of 2%, while fiber is available at 4g per 100g serving. These beans are packed with vitamins too.

Agree with the above posters. Beans in general are classified as Starchy carbs nevertheless, they are healthy as all hell and helped me lose almost 80 lbs when incorporated into a balanced diet at dinner with a lean protein & a Fibrous carb (usually spinach or broccoli)
