OK so i seen the infomercial on tv one night for the insanity workout. It reminded me of my bootcamp days when I joined the US NAVY. That was the best shape I had been in. over the years I have got lazy so to say. I tire easy and dont have alot of the energy i did when i was 19 yo. yea that comes with age is what i always hear. well i dont like. at 36 yo i should not feel like I am 80. lol.
So i borrowed a the program from a co worker who said he had it after I mentioned that I was thinking about trying it, so, I have started the INSANITY workout.
I am on day 3 now but i am going to elaberate on day 1 and 2 real fast...
Day 1, FIT TEST.
I knew I was out of shape but didn think it was this bad. the FT was tiring but i pushed thru the best i could and wrote down my results.
Day 2. Plyometric Cardio Circuit
ok this one really wore me out. As i was already sore from the FT I couldnt finish the entire workout. so i called it a day and I am going to start day 3 in a few minutes as soon as all the kids are asleep.
I have been wanting to get back in shape for a while and I think this will be a great stepping stone.
any and all comments and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
