breathing

When jogging/sprinting is there a wrong way to breath, I've heard before that in your nose and out your mouth was the best way but I find I breath better when its in and out my mouth?
 
That's always the best way to breathe (in nose), because your nose has stuff to filter the air.

But when you're doing exercise like jogging, your nose just isn't enough, so forget about it.
 
I have definitely found it helpful to breath in and out of the mouth. It helps you get air in and out a lot easier and faster.
