Weight-Loss breakfest and drinks..

I just started a diet and a workout plan and been doing good with lunch and dinner meals...

Lunch ill have some chicken breast and veggies and dinner im doing fish and veggies... Just a sample but my question is whats some good ideas for breakfest for people that are tring to eat heathly and lose weight?

Other question is what about energy drinks that have no sugar or caloires are they ok to drink once in a while? what about diet soda?

i drink about a gallon and a half a day of water...

any help would be nice!
 
Fruit and some protein is good for breakfast. Try a whey protein shake if you are short on time or dont have a large appetite in the morning.
 
I would stay far far away from most energy drinks. Not so much because of weight issues but just health issues. They really don't have much regulation with how much caffeine you can or can't put in those things so some are just not healthy for you.
Diet soda isn't horrible if you don't drink a lot of it and aren't using it as a substitute for water.
I usually have orange juice & tea..weird combo I know but I need some caffeine
