Sport breakfast!!!?

I was reading all these posts and im pretty stuck for breakfast?? because i see most cereal is bad for you? i can eat porridge but i will get bored with it every breakfast! can i have eggs? any kind? what about all bran cereal??? any other suggestions as im going shopping tonight so need some help!
 
Hey Riz... Most mornings, I have a half cup of rolled oats (uncooked) with a bit of soy milk over them. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sucralose (such as Splenda) to taste, and it's wonderful as a healthy cold cereal. I also drink 100% Whey in water at this meal. On days where I know I'll be working harder and need to get the calories up a bit, I'll throw a banana or some blueberries into the meal and possibly use soy or cow milk in my whey instead of water.

Also, eggs are a great way to start the day. I use Egg Beaters (whites and original) for my protein source at times.

damn how lomg does it take to have all that for breakfast??? thats seemed like loads lol
i usually have 30mins before i have to leave at 8am, so im not up for cooking anything id rather it be a quick meal but last me til 10.30am, so porridge is ok, is all bran good? high in fibre i think :s also whats the word on protein shakes? good or bad? like i have a big tub of whey protein powder, needs mixing with milk so i think i should have more of the stuff i was drinking it alot when i did gym work but kinda left it for abit, anyone use this and can give some opinions? thanks
