Sport Breakfast?

Im looking for a meal for breakfast which will fill me up this way I dont want to eat so much bad food through out the day and keep picking. At the moment I have beens on a toast ( 3 pieces of toast with 1 tin of beans) for breakfast and this keeps me going for a fair while. would you recomend this ? Also what other things would you recomend for breakfast.

Im looking to try to burn fat but at the same time tone (work muscles)

Ps. Im 17 stone. 16 years old and 5ft 11. (242lbs)

Well I think maybe 3 pieces of toast might be a little high in carbs unless your doing some good old jogging. Personally I eat natural oatmeal with a serving of natural peanutbutter,banana,and raisins or any other berries all mixed in. Also today I had a 3 egg white omlet with spinach and brocoli. Remember to eat balanced. Someone gave me a good tip on my posts saying try to eat about 30% Protien, 30%Fats, 30% Carbohydrates the other 10% is up to you. So just try to eat around this and maybe more protien then carbs.
 
When I don't want to spend a lot of time cooking, I'll throw in a blender: 1 cup of milk, 12 ounces of water, 1 banana, 4 strawberries or 1 cup of blueberries, 1.5 scoops of whey protein, some ice cubes.

Other options I like for breakfast-
1 cup of oatmeal, 4 eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1 banana and one other serving of fruit

4 eggs mixed with 1/2 bellpepper, 1 chopped roma tomato, 1/2 cup red onion, jalapenos
