I was just wondering if this would be a healthy breakfast...
I am trying right now just to lose some inches from around my waist, so after this meal I would be going for a bike ride or running or some other cardio for awhile.
2 scrambled eggs and a wheat bagel with low fat cream cheese.
or: 2 scrambled eggs with wheat toast w/ low fat butter.?

Which one?
 
The best way to do it is egg whites only, they give you good amount of protein. Take out the egg yolk, egg yolk is something like 200+ grams of cholesterol. There isn't any cholesterol in egg whites. It is MUCH healthier to eat just the egg whites.

What I do is have some egg whites ON the wheat bread, but I don't put any butter or cream cheese on it. Just egg whites on plain wheat toast. Search around the nutrition section. There are many examples of healthy breakfasts you can pick up on.

Just rotate on different days. Try adding another 2 whites to that mix. I would stay away from cream cheese and just use butter.
