For now 3 weeks, every morning my breakfast consists of : 1 apple & a glass of milk ( recently it has been cafe au lait ).

I wondered about a bowl of cereal, is it a good idea? Otherwise what could I eat other than that?
I used to never eat any breakfast for easily the 3/4 of my life...

I try and have myself a BOWL of FRESH FRUIT < like strawberries & blueberries > or I will switch it up to have some OATMEAL with fruit !! So, I had better head off and get my breakfast and then get my day started !!!
 
I eat Weetabix, bran flakes or Weetabix and use either Soy Milk or Almond Milk which is slightly sweeter. For a bit of variety I might add a chopped banana.
 
What are your goals benny? A lot of cereals contain sugar so if you can, eat oatmeal that are not from packets.
 
I hope for breakfast any thing can be eaten as there is a saying that "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper".
 
I don't know what should be my goal actually. Atm I just eat what I have at home 24/7, aka milk & apple :p
