i wanting to put weight on.. what kind of cereal should i be eating?

I cook a half cup of steel cut oats in 1.5 cups of water. when its nearing done, i put in a whole scoop of vanilla whey and stir it in good. Then I put in one tablespoon of SPLENDA brown sugar blend. Its good, it's filling, and its got good stuff in it. You can tweak how much whey you put in or how much of it you consume. Might wanna try it!

AJP said:Dude there are a ton of different types of whey, not just one brand, but Optimum Nutrition is a good brand if you wanna go with it. Whey is whey...most are similar but differ slightly in the fine print of the nutrition facts. Look for one low in fats and carbs (sugars)...such as the ON in the link.
