Oatmeal and eggs are usually a good breakfast. Just eat more of them if your goal is weight gain.

Do i just boil the eggs and just eat them like that.

you could boil them, or you could scrammble them. however you like your eggs. if you are having more than 3 though, i suggest just using the whites for those. More than 3 yolks and you are getting quite a bit of saturated fat.

I'll tell you what I do, its a good breakfast, good calories, good carbs and proteins...

I cook a half cup of steel cut oats in 1.5 cups of water. when its nearing done, i put in a whole scoop of vanilla whey and stir it in good. Then I put in one tablespoon of SPLENDA brown sugar blend. Its good, it's filling, and its got good stuff in it. You can tweak how much whey you put in or how much of it you consume. Might wanna try it!

edit: is this the whey you use?

Dude there are a ton of different types of whey, not just one brand, but Optimum Nutrition is a good brand if you wanna go with it. Whey is whey...most are similar but differ slightly in the fine print of the nutrition facts. Look for one low in fats and carbs (sugars)...such as the ON in the link.

ok thanx for the info.. think ill order this one.

i still dnt understand why we have slow acting food for breakfast when our body needs to be fed a.s.a.p ( eg milk and eggs) i spose there aint nothin else really to have apart from protein shake and bananas.

I always drink a liter of orange juice and eat 4 full grain bread slices with meat, cheese and mackerel/tuna fish works great keeps the body running all day long
