Sport Breakfast Meal!

Hola People. I wanted to see if i was getting enough nutrition for my morning, until it hit lunch time.

Here is what i eat:

Toast and a apple
or​
Kashi Cereal w/ some fruit and light skim milk
or​
Peanut butter Sandwhich
or​
I package of Oat meal
or​
Raisin bagel with peanut butter
SNACK
I get 3/4 of a cup of kashi and eat it at school for a snack.


So is this pretty good? I dont think so but it makes me full.
 
ummm...where's the protein chief?

oatmeal is the best carb choice, but ditch the 'packets' and get a can of old fashioned oats. way better. add a little splenda, some cinnamon...and it'll be as tastey as the packet stuff, but healthier.

and add 20-30g of protein.
 
Egg whites are the white part of a boiled egg. not the yellow part (yolk).
