Hola People. I wanted to see if i was getting enough nutrition for my morning, until it hit lunch time.
Here is what i eat:
Toast and a apple
SNACK
I get 3/4 of a cup of kashi and eat it at school for a snack.
So is this pretty good? I dont think so but it makes me full.

Kashi Cereal w/ some fruit and light skim milkor
Peanut butter Sandwhichor
I package of Oat mealor
Raisin bagel with peanut butterSNACK
