It's as bad as other brands.

Two possibilities:

Oatmeal and eggs and ham.
Eggs, ham and cheese.

Depends on whether you're doing a low carb or a low GI carb diet.
 
a lot better than many others hehe has 100% of so many viatamins ... but still

I used to eat ceral now im on a different diet ... and its pretty good actually ..

egg on wheat bread fruits and a shake !!
 
Life is better than Coco-puffs, but inferior to old fashioned oatmeal, or most of the Kashi brand cereals.
when I feel naughty, i eat multi-bran chex.
