i don't think that's bad, but then again i'm not a nutritionist. i eat them like that occassionaly, but now that it's warm out, i have a lot of grilled chicken, but i would think either way is fine.
Well you'll have the added calories from the bread crumbs. And typically bread crumbs are white processed foods. So plain grilled chicken would be better, but depending on your menu... you may be able to eat the bread crumbs.
