well thats one change i'm definately gonna make. i guess some others would be, no soda, no icecream, and no candy. sound like a plan? :D
 
whole wheat bread isn't necessarily whole grain bread which is what you should try to eat.

Sprouted grain bread has no flour in it al all and is even better for you


You can usually find it in the freezer of most natural foods markets and some super markets
