OMG
well i have been thinking about it latley. I relize how much i eat of it. Like today, i had 2slices for breakfast (toast), one slice with veg soup and like one more with my super! i dont know whats wrong with me LOL! i eat soo much, some of you might not think that is alot but i do think so. Im going to cut down to about 2-3 slices tops a day. By the way it is wholegrain and whole weat so its good for me. But is it fattening? it says only 3% fat on the back but.......... i dont know, i still feel like it is fattening and some poeple say it is very. Im soo confused... Do you also eat lots of bread? its soo good tho... well with other stuff lol. N e ways.......... please let me know! thank you!
