Sport Bread, anyone?

Sport Fitness
I heard people say "don't fill up on bread", but quite frankly, I love bread. Is it okay if I eat a whole lot of it?

no.
bread is made from flour, which has to be processed to all hell. I probably eat 1-2 slices of bread a week (that includes rolls, bagels, etc). And that's usually only if we're low on food and I end up eating PB&J.

If you eat bread, make sure it's whole grain. It should have 2g or more fiber per serving, and 0g trans fat.

Even then, its been processed, and will trigger a fair insulin reaction, which helps the body store nutrients as fat IF the body has met its caloric intake.

So, bread in moderation, ESPECIALLY if you're trying to lose bodyfat. Bread is the kind of carb you want to limit when leaning out, and increase when bulking.

oh damn it lol..... is this too bad ?????

I have been having 11-12 slices of this everyday for some time now and it has never bothered me. I don't get whole wheat tortilla here so this is the option.

It's ok, just don't have to much of it if you're trying try loose weight. There is no use for it. Eat only what is useful. Now, if you're trying to gain weight and are working out a lot you need complex carbs like whole wheat bread.

Just eat bread and bread only for one meal.

For example, if I want to eat some french fries, i will only eat french fries for that meal. I will not allow myself to eat hamburger and fries in one meal.

I can't see this as healthy advice. How eating only french fries for a meal can do anything good for you is beyond me. Whole Wheat/Grain bread is fine in moderation (like many things) and should be consumed with other, different healthy foods. Meals should be light and balanced, particularly if you are trying to lose weight.

You should allways base meals on protein protein and accompany that with complex and Fibrous carbs in each meal.

I am not telling he/she to eat like that every day. I only do it 5 times a year max.

This is not for losing weight but to not gain weight.

If I want a piece of cake...I eat a piece of cake for lunch. I will never allow myself to be greedy by eating a piece of cake after having my regular meal.

Not whole Wheat
Whole Grain.
Eat what you need and no more.
Sandwhiches are the perfect food which God almighty has passed down to us. Bread is still kinda carby and starchy.
