Sport Bread and high fructose

Sport Fitness
Not only is it bad, it's EVIL!! Avoid high fructose corn syrup at all costs IMO. Throw it away and read the label at the store next time.

HFCS is bad. many researchers think its the primary reason why our kids are so fat and developing type 2 diabeties so early in life. soda is full of it, and anything 'low fat' is loaded with it..and many normal processed foods have it too.

If its in the top 5 ingredients, avoid it like the damn plauge.

So HFCS makes you fat? Thats the only bad thing I have found. Im sure its not going to make a huge difference if I have it in 100%whole wheat stone ground bread. I hate that other nutty bread.

Bread is the only thing with HFCS I eat, it's the kind my parents buy, and i've looked on the labels of tons of breads, mostly on ALL of them...usually listed as the 4th, 5th, or 6th ingredient. Not going to have them spend more because the bread has a tiny bit of it, I'll live. :-D

Not sure WTH cut bd is but no. Its not the best carb but its helpful. Brown rice, oatmeal, etc. should be first in line.

Wow, would you look at that curl.
