Hey All!
My name is Leslie and I live in California. I'm 25 years old and have finally had my "aha moment" and am ready to GET.IN.SHAPE!

I am working out 4 to 5 times a week... sometimes 6 at my gym. I walk a mile and bike between 5 and 15 miles a day. I set my first goal of walking the distance between my house and Disneyland and back. I am going to make a ticker this evening to show my progress. :)

Anyway, I'm glad I found this place!
 
Welcome Leslie. You have your exercise program down pat, now what about your diet? Make a diary so that you can track your progress and to let everyone else know how your weight loss regime is coming along. Have a great day. :D
 
Thanks Jodee! I'm working on my eating habits. I'm drinking a lot more water than ever before and watching my portions and WHAT i eat. :)
