Brand New at this and ready to begin!

Hi Everybody! I am brand new at this and ready to make amazing progress at building a better me! I am looking forward to meeting people with a strong positive outlook on life, any age is just great! Let's share this journey together. I tend to dive for the chocolate and high fat foods. Need help to find better choices.

Firstly chocolate is not devil spawn. It’s just misunderstood. I keep a block of dark chocky in the fridge to treat myself when I’m having a good day. Just be sure to use dark (70% minimum) and ensure you limit yourself to 1-2 squares a day at most.
