Hello there, im a boy of 15 and i want to build some bigger triceps and biceps ( i now im only 15 its young but i really want this doesn't matter what every1 says :costumed:
so i want to do 5 days a week (2 days to recover)
i want to do to start with (i'm able to do this)
60 push ups sets of 10
20 chin ups sets of 5 maybe 4
but will this make my biceps and triceps or just my arm stronger im not that strong and i wanna change that
i now what you guys say go to the gym but when i turn 16 i can work with weights in fitness so will this method make me stronger over a year?
And everyweek now i do 60 push ups but i will also go higher when i can.
