Bowflex workouts

I lost my book for my bowflex and I really wanted to get back into using it again. I'm doing strength training because I don't want to bulk up but I want to strenghten my muscles and I'm looking for something to do on days I don't bench press besides cardio. I figured I would try and get some use out of my bowflex so if any of you guys have your books or know of any good excersises to do inbetween benchpressing days that would be great. I'm not sure what I should really even focus on with the bowflex. If its a day I don't benchpress should I stay away from doing arm excersises? Thanks for all the help.
