hell yeah, to the point of discomfort as you have to weigh up if and who is behind you and the potential for volume and/or pungeancy of the ***t.

ive always presumed its because of the movement shift air in the bowels, so its probably healthy.

its natural, you may find that your bowls will strengthen over time to compensate.
farting is all about what you eat. take a look at your diet

Thanks for your replies, and yes i've been taking a supplement called amino 10000 lately, it's just protein for building. Nyways this bowels rush has been occuring before i even started taking any supplements, and I don't mean farting, i can literally feel stools moving down my lower intestine when i'm pushing my self to the max, or sprinting..

Yeah, it's pretty common. When I was in track and cross country I always tried to make sure I went before we started a run, because if not, I'd definately have to hit the bathroom afterwards.

Oh Yes!

Yes it is defo natural. Most times if I have been eating really well I have to go after I start running. I also feel the stools moving downwards to the point where as soon a I have finished I have to go. I guess this is good and clears you out but most times I'm pretty regular so it only happens when I'm constipated.

But don't worry its good! I think it is anyway make me feel much lighter and like the others say turbo charged with the farting....LOL!

Very typical. I'd take a fiber supplement, like psyllium fiber with juice. This will make the stool more stuck-together, so you don't risk any accidents if you do fart and it's more (from what I hear, more typical in men than women). This will make you more regular, and more able to make yourself go before a run.

I don't think it's the force of the run, but rather that you're shocking your body to activity. Just like sweating, you're excreting something, right?

Tim 14 I never knew that. I do actually fart a lot! All the time LOL! Not very lady like huh! I eat a lot of fibre like fruit, wholegrain cereals, prunes and stuff. So maybe that is the case with me too.
