This is a list of the things i am currently eating. The people in the body building forums told me to post my daily diet here so that you guys can tweak it because instead of gaining weight with muscle i lost weight and when you body build i dont think that should happen so...
6:30AM - A Small Bowl of Apple Jacks with milk
...this is my food so far
i shall update when i get home
UPATE: I had some potato wedges and some circular pizza for lunch with watermelons
around 2 o clock eastern time i had papa johns pizza and some coke
then i had baked barbeque chips maybe 2 hours after that lol
um ya please feel free to comment?
