Help! I need some lift in my rear end haha* I want a PERKY butt !! What can I do? I've been doing lunges and tredmill, stepper, elliptical, leg machines @ my gym ... I need some lift!! haha* Any help would be fabulous

i also suggest adding squats and then when you think youve had enough squat some more squats are one of the best exercise to taget the glutes(bootay! muscle) even better if you can do them at a gym using a bar with weights(in a squat rack)or heavy free weights its the resistance of the weights thats going to make the muscles grow and give you that lift your talkting about. you can vary the squats taking shoulder width, a wider stance and a really wide (ballet or plie)squat.
also if you have a step at home you can do step ups... like a lunge but you step up on your step and use that leg to push your self up onto the step you could use free weights here too to add resistance.
Also, do you have a cable pulley machine at your gym?? Attach an ankle strap and hook up to the weights, lift your leg at a 45 degree angle to the back, squeese your glutes as you lift up. This is GREAT for the booty!
I do a lot of toning with a pilates ball and if you sandwich the ball between you and the wall and squat rolling the ball up your back...It kills!!!! I have to do just a few and then work on the abs....I love that ball!!!! LOL
