Boot Camp

I thought we could start our own exercise boot camp :D

Goals for this week

Swim 3 times at least 16 laps
Ride bike 3 times for at least ½ hour
Walk 3 times for at least ½ hour
My hubby will be my drill sergeant lol

What are your goals for this week?

I have seen this on another site and it seems to be a great motivator good luck everyone. :)
 
i think oprah's boot camp is starting soon! :)

my goals are boring. if i get on that treadmill at all and drink my water for the day, then i have done good lol.
 
Well im pretty happy with myself atm I have just done 23min on the exercise bike :D not bad considering I could only do 5min a few weeks ago :eek:

Woo hoo jen you’re a girl after my own heart. You may think your goals are boring wonderwoman but they are still good for weight loss. ;)
 
well, the week has already started and i haven't done too well on my exercise goals... I didn't really do much of anything yesterday... but here's to something for the next 7 days... which will be hard b/c i'm traveling and have lots to do... My goal is to do at least a 30 min workout each day... be it jump roping, kickboxing, high intensity walking, or whatever... i don't know if it will get done, but this has inspired me to really make it happen. I never work out when i travel back home, so this will be the test to see if i have really changed my lifestyle...
 
my goal is to stick to my plan haha. But 16 laps! How did u do that mind.. U must be quite a swimmer I was for 10+ lap and I almost get a flu from it. Is there any secret to swimming? I never am good in it.
 
im a lousy swimmer plus i wear contact lenses and i am blind without them, no joke!
 
Hi eccent I do 6 back stroke, 6 Brest stroke and 6 freestyle and its a home pool not a public so it’s a bit smaller lol. The secret to swimming….. Don’t have anyone around to watch you to tell you how bad you are lol ;) , im not a very good swimmier either. I don’t think I will get in much more swimming, the nights are starting to get a bit cooler and winters on its way.
 
Woo hoo am I good or am I good 25 minutes on the exercise bike today (have to say it’s a bit rough on the butt though)
 
Hehehe Just having a laugh at this thread.
When i started i did 1 hour on the exercycle every day (30 mins in morning 30 at night) but BOY did i get a sore ass :)

Now ive been doing weights and more cycling i have a rock hard ass (underneath the flab i mean) and its not so bad.
I swear they design exercycles with super horrible seats!
