Sport boneless skinless thighs

Sport Fitness
Just realized how much my new diet is draining my wallet, I'm cutting and this time around I eliminated all starchy carbs (rice, bread) except for oatmeal... I've been eating more meat: salmon and skinless chicken breasts. I thought one way to save money was to switch from breasts to thighs. I know people seem to never even talk about other pieces of the chicken when it comes to health, but are thighs really that bad to eat instead of breasts?
thanks

No. In fact, more and more research is starting to "de-vilify" naturally-occurring saturated animal fats.

Here's a good MH article:

Chicken thighs are yummy!

I use skinless and marinate them in a low-sugar (no HFCS) sauce for a few hours or overnight. Take a slice of onion or jalapeño and wrap the thigh around it. Wrap the whole thing with a 1/2 slice of bacon...yes...bacon, and skewer with a toothpick. You could also probably do 3 or 4 on kabob skewers. And either smoke, grill or bake them.

Believe it or not, the skin is OK too in moderation. If you want to eat the skin try to find free-range or organic chicken thighs for a better ratio of Omega fatty acids (better slanted towards Omega 3 vs. Omega 6).

Some people on here will probably think what I just recommended is absolute heresy! :D
