Sport Bone Spur/ Multi-Vitamin?

Sport Fitness
Hey, I realized about 3 months ago that I had a bone spur on my index finger where my joint meets my hand at the bottom. I read that this occurs from lots of pressure in the specific area and excess calcium. My question is, should I stop taking a multi-vitamin since it contains calcium? Or is it no big deal to continue taking it? I stopped taking it after a while and never thought to question whether it was a good move or not.
Thanks.

Bone spurs are from a lack of calcium, not an abundance. Try taking coral.
