Boiling chicken releases some of the nutrients into the surrounding water, and it tastes pretty...blah. I wouldn't recommend it.
Of course, boiling chicken creates chicken soup. The only boiled chicken I eat is when I've made soup - I eat the chicken in the soup. And chicken soup is magic.
Best options for preparing chicken are in oven, on a grill (indoor or outdoor), or pan-fried (including stir-fried). You can put whatever sauces and spices you want on it, and that mixes things up. At the end of the day, though, it still...TASTES LIKE CHICKEN...
