Sport Body's Adaption

Sport Fitness
I started about 2-3 weeks ago on a new eating routine. I eat usually every 2-3 hours or so, and drink at least 6-8 bottles of water a day.

It's funny that in the recent days I havent been eating as often (school -.-) and I get soooo damn hungry. My stomach growls and I get pains. I thought it was funny because I used to not eat breakfast, lunch anything until I got home from school and I'd be perfectly fine. Now if I don't eat every 2-3 hours I'm hurting. Same thing with water, if I only drink about 2 bottles, I am sooo dehydrated, lips get dry and I just feel so weird.

Just thought I'd add it because I found it pretty funny how the body adapts to these things. :p

Good point, the body is one adaptable machine.

It's funny too, cause when I 1st started eating 5-6 meals a day I thought I'd never adapt. It was like work to shovel that much food in and I felt full and bloated all the time. And less than two weeks later I'm in your boat, starving silly if I go more than 3 or 4 hours without food. Let's hear it for the human body!!

Yeah the other day I had a string of appointments and couldn't eat or drink for like 6 hours. Normally I prepare, but I overslept and just had to run out the door. No water, No food. When I got home I was so hungry and thirsty you would have thought I hadn't eaten or drank for days.
