Yo i got these dvds for free when i purchased my protein powder they where each valued 30 bucks thats 90 dollers worth of free stuff pretty good i think. interesting enough but so bad u could tell how set up they where and how fake all the questions the body builders got arsked where and alot of it was them saying yeah this protein powder is good....buy it...its good...It was made by muscletech and had like all the pro body builders in it. There was one crazy ass workout u can only do once every 4 weeks at most and it puts a inch on your arms and u gota prepare for it for like 4 days. Takes u all day from 7 in the morning till like 5...crazy **** oh yeah and the name of the 3 movies is the heading
