Body Weight Leg Exercises

What do you got so far?

nothing actually, haha. every now n then i'll squat or do wall sits, and sometimes walking while crouching (as if i'm "sneaking").

squats, lunges, duck walk, squat jumps, calf raises, HEAPS of different variations be creative!

i personally think squats are pretty much the best for an overall leg work.

thanks man:beerchug:, i'll try those out and try to think up new ones to try to switch things up.

you know i think i tried that once a few years ago. pretty hard if you haven't really been workin your legs. it's a good one to upgrade to though.

single legs. they're really hard but if you stand in between 2 railings, you can use those to assist you on making the reps. the biggest thing with them, however, is staying on your heel. i learned by just starting in the crouched position, then pushing myself up. anotherwards, i just did the concentric phase first.

Basics

Stick to basics if you r not used to exercising your legs. Go for squats (Smith's machine), leg press (horizontal and incline), leg curls and extensions and calf raises. Simple is good mate, simple is good....!

scale it if you need
