Body weight conditioning for MMA

Hey guys. Due to my gym membership running out at the end of the month, and not wanting to renew(no summer deals, and I'm not gonna pay for 9 months while away at school) it looks like I'm going to be using body weight training.

The only real piece of equipment that I have at my house is a squat rack and some light weights that I do weighted punches with.

Can anyone think of anything that would supplament my current regimen of outside-the-gym fitness.

Core-
Crunches-Variations-legs lifted, legs planted, bicycle crunches, leg raises, leg scissors, 6-inches.

Lower Body-Prisoner squats w/ twist, lunges w/ twist..both also work the obliques.

Upper Body-Weighted Punches, Push-ups, Sledgehammer Swings.

Currently I'm looking to work my back some more(I've considered trying the sandbag workout that was featured in a recent men's health) anyone try this?

Also, can anyone suggest anything additional for my core and obliques, or something that would supplement my weighted punching?

Thanks

Squat rack = pullups (tons), leg raises, upside down crunches

Then I would look online or at an army surplus store for duffel bags. Buy 2 of those. Go to home depot or lowes and buy some play sand. 40lbs is about $4. While there also buy contractor bags and duct tape.

Follow Ross's sandbag guide:

Then you can go on youtube and search for Josh Henkin. He has some great sandbag training stuff. I have his e-book.
