Sport BODY-RX and Rice can I still eat it?

Sport Fitness
Okay I'm reading and trying the BodyRX diet. I usually have a fiber cereal or eggs for breakfast(when I eat breakfast which unfortunately is rarely). If I miss it ill have like a fruit or something.

I drink 2 protein shakes a day with creatine and fiber(like metamusil powder)

I was wondering about rice. Since today I had grilled chicken, Brown Rice, & tomatoes for lunch.

Can I have rice regularly or is it that bad for you? I mean I am hispanic and grew up on rice so realistically it will be a pain to give up on it.

I have cut out all SODA, juice etc... from my dies I only drink water with meals.
By the way that is by far the biggest difference I feel in my body. Who knew.

2 I cut out all fast food completely. That means i must prepare my meals. However I seriously can't eat salad and chicken for every freaking meal. Which unfortunately is what I did.

I also cut out all pasta and bread from my dies. Not to hard really.

So the question is can I eat brown rice 5 times a week for lunch? Never for my dinner I completely try to cut out all carbs after lunch.

Or is Rice that bad?

Thanks for the help. Im obviously clueless as to nutrition and what to cook. I dont like vegetables all that much unfortunately so end up eating the same ones over and over.

Thanks.

Edit: Body type
5' 9"
190pounds

Im pretty toned everywhere, just like most people mid section is a little soft. I am trying to tone up. Maybe make my chest a little bigger.
190 might seem like I am short and heavy, but its weird I way alot but am not fat. Ive played baseball all my life so my legs are extremely muscular as well as my shoulders back etc... I am 25years old.

Side not sorry for the tangent. I used those online calculators and they said my weight should be like 130-160. Are they joking? When in high school and working out everyday playing sports I was always 165-180. I was in great shape. How can someone get into the 140's? No way.

when you eat rice, it needs to be long grain brown rice. otherwise, follow the carb intake rules per Body RX (I tried the program so I remember the basics. you'll likely need to severely limit rice in the 3rd phase, in favor of old fashion oatmeal, at least for breakfast).

ALWAYS eat breakfast. I eat at 7am, 9:30am, noon, 2:30pm, 5:30pm and 8pm, sometimes even having a bit more protein when I hit the sack around 10pm (depends on if I need the calories).

I"m about 5'9", 190lbs also. I need to get my bodyfat tested, but I'd have to say i'm 20-25%, mainly all around my lower torso. When I finished Body for LIFE many moons ago, I was down to 148lbs. However I felt I shed a lot of lean mass at that time also, not a good tradeoff. It was as lean as I've been since 2nd grade, but i still had a thick layer of fat hiding my abs.
Take those online calculators with a grain of salt, since none that I've seen take into account things like bone structure. A dude with a 27 inch waist and a dude with a 33 inch waist (assuming they are both 8% bodyfat) at the same height...the 33 inch dude will weigh more due to his larger bone structure, which likely will support more muscle. Its the whole endomorph vs. ectomorph frame.
