Body Ripped Body Blast!

Hey guys here is the link to the website of the stuff the trainer at my gym got for a hundred dollars well it was 107 but he chucked in the extra 7 for me :) shucks what a nice guy:)



I have the swiss chocolate one, so what do you think?
 
I think you got Body Ripped OFF. You can get some cheap whey protein and mix in some dextrose for a fraction of that cost. Might as well use it up as long as you have it though, but next time save your money.
 
You really think so? i mean its 5 kg dude that seems like allot to me and the guy who's buying it for me seems like a really down to earth and a really cool guy. hes a trainer to so i am guessing he knows his stuff
 
Hes not my trainer...he is a trainer but he just did a routine for me when i got my gym membership...so hes getting me stuff he normally only does for his clients but he used to be the same size as me so yeah hes helping me out

Body Blast yourself with a good amount of calories from a well balanced diet arrangement. Do not bomb yourself with the wrong supplements this only sets aflame your wallet as I call it. And, get ripped by water being tipped!

Therefore in your task there should be no body blast (supplement)

Be the Smithmachine and you will be fine, dude

SmithMachine is cool he tries and is persistant in this trying. This leads normaly to good things............in a persons goal and can assist to remove contaminates in the bowl because he is on a roll..............:)
 
Thanks for the kind words :) yeah i am kinda well at the moment but not my best. I have been body blasting my self with so much food its crazy!!! its all clean and i have like 5-6 huge meals a day and i am never at a point where i am hungry' i also have 2 of the shakes which is 1600 calories in itself and i don't put on any weight even fat !!! i dont know where its all going hey its scary:eek2:

1600c in two shakes! Holy gracamolie for pete sakes! And, this isnt what it takes, because your weight is still at stake!

haha yeah the shakes are intense!!! my goals well i don't really have any goals i just want to get bigger in muscle mass slowly...don't care how long it takes but i wanna get bigger and bigger and yeah there is no such thing as fat on my body nor will there ever be until my metabolism slows down...i am 2 months from 17 man i wish i could show your a picture but i still have nothing to take it with...i think i have very good genes and could be really big if i wanted to be...which i do :SaiyanSmilie_anim: i look allot more toned but i have stayed at 60kg the entire time...which is disapointing :mad: and there has been slow improvements in the weight i am lifting i have gone from 15kg bar curls to 20 and barbell curls from 6.75 to 10 kg each arm leg press from 60 to 100...thats just a taste of some of the stuff i have improved in
