helloo.

Im going to buy a suppliment to help my workout and to help see better results. Im not sure if to get protein shakes or creatine. Creatine would be good because I could workout hard and for longer but you need protein after workouts anyway.

What would you reccomend for building muscle? Im working out 4 times a week in 1 hour sessions. i do 3 sets and lift 8-10 times.

I'd recommend both, but you can reach your goals with just a good diet and a solid, consistent routine.
 
Oki mate. Thanks. Im a college student and its kinda tight for cash. So getting 2 tubs be about £60 a month which is kinda hard as I have to pay £15 a month to for gym membership and thats just the gym. Lol.
 
but yah Absolutly muti-vitamin is first and formost important thing followed by EFA's essential fatty acids cheap ones are "NOW suppliments flax seed oil" < search that in your google should come up, best deal is the 16OZ if you can stomach it :) i drink shots of this stuff.. just like drinking olive oil strate
 
Ok buddy. The multi-vitmains just better for general health or better for muscle growth etc?

ps I have type 1 diabeties to...

let me put it this way if you do not have all the building blocks to make muscle you can workout hard all year long, and not gain a pound, ive seen many people make this mistake. i would just call your doctor about it, usally they would say no thats just because most doctors don't know anything about nutrition
 
Hmmmz. Should I take protein shake or create? I have quite abit of fat but slowly getting musclier :D Im working hard and im not to bothered about low body fat% but I just wana be big .
