I was the winner (well second to Korrie :blush5:)of the 6 week challenge so I deceided to pay back a favour!

Some of you will have heard of the Body for life 12 week challenge already. The results are fantastic and it is totally possible to do it without all of the powders and potions.

There will be a prize rewarded to the individual who has the most dramatic weight loss, to the individual who loses the most inches and to the most dramatic change in body shape.

FOR THIS CHALLENGE YOU WILL NEED:
A tape measure
A before photo
A journal or diary of sort Body for life has one on its webpage.
Weekly access to LINK REMOVED and a set of scales.

RULES:
Please be HONEST about your losses.
Please post before and after photographs.

Weigh in on your usual weigh in days but list the full 12weeks. Please use my 1st post a a guideline. I hope you will join in. The last time I did this challenge about 8 years ago I had a huge change in my shape and i lost 15kg in total over the 12 weeks. Thats 33lbs in real language :)

As a side point, if you join the actual body for life challenge online, the winners prize is 25,000 dollars. Unfortunately I am unable to match that prize!

Ok, found my tape measure and took my pics, neither of which post a pretty picture. I will try and get them up once kids are in bed tonight!
So! Is noone going to join in on this? Where is your mojo people?

Day 1 tomorrow: Start weight 233lbs, BMI 40, Fitness status: DISMAL!!!!!!
 
1st day started, I hardly know what to do with myself. My weights workout only takes the 46 mins allowed and so now I have loads of time to play with my kids. I feel good. The eating is easy as long as I remember to eat that often. Banana and cottage cheese was a suprise taste that I liked! hmmmm what for lunch?
 
12 week challenge

I started my own challenge on Nov 1st too. It might be nice to have some others doing it with me!

I'm breaking mine down into 4 week goals so that I don't feel like my weight loss is taking forever (12 weeks is a long time when you're desperate to lose weight).

I was 74kg at the start, now 73. Hoping to lose nearly 2kg (4lbs) a week for November, my goal for November being 69kg (-5kg = 11lbs total). I can definitely do it, it will just mean December will be tough to keep maintaining such a loss rate.

What is everyone else's stats/goals?
